Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the data Kerigma Digital processes through the Kerigma AI Hub platform and this website, how long it takes, and what happens afterwards.
1. Who can request deletion
Anyone whose data we process may request deletion: a Kerigma AI Hub business client, a person who contacted us through the website, or an end user who wrote through Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp to an account managed with our platform. You do not need an account with us to make a request.
2. How to request it
Send an email to info@kerigmadigitalcr.com with the subject "Data deletion" and include: the company name or the name of the account you wrote from, the channel where you interacted (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp), and the email address or phone number you used. This is the only information we need to locate your data.
3. Response time
We acknowledge every request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need more information to identify your data, we will say so in that acknowledgement.
4. What we delete
We delete the messages, contact records, posts, metrics, and files associated with your request, together with the Meta access tokens for the relevant account. We retain only records the law requires us to keep, such as billing documents, and anonymized technical logs that can no longer be linked to you.
5. Revoking access from Facebook
To cut off access immediately, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select "Kerigma AI Hub", and choose Remove. For a business portfolio, the equivalent path is Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps. Once you revoke access, we stop receiving new data and delete the associated access tokens.
6. Confirmation
When the deletion is complete we send a written confirmation to the same address the request came from.
