Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the services provided by Kerigma Digital, including the Kerigma AI Hub platform. By using our services you accept these terms.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, connecting a social account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and that you have authority to accept them on behalf of the company you represent.
2. The service
Kerigma AI Hub is a platform for managing commercial communication: creating, scheduling, and publishing content to Facebook and Instagram, sending and receiving messages through WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct, managing leads and proposals, and generating content with artificial intelligence.
3. Accounts and client responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Connecting Meta accounts
To connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business account, or a WhatsApp Business number, you must be the owner of those assets or be expressly authorized to administer them. You are responsible for holding that authorization and for the content published through your connected accounts.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to publish illegal, misleading, or infringing content, to attempt to access data belonging to other clients, or to circumvent the technical limits of the platform. You must also comply with the terms and policies of the platforms you connect.
6. Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp features are subject to Meta's own terms and policies. Kerigma Digital is not responsible for changes, limitations, rate limits, or suspensions that Meta applies to your accounts, nor for interruptions caused by those platforms.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish through the platform. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, process, and publish it on your behalf while you use the service.
8. AI-generated content
Content produced by artificial intelligence is a suggestion and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing and for the content you ultimately publish.
9. Fees and billing
Fees, billing cycles, and any usage-based charges are those agreed in your service contract or order form. Consumption-based features, such as AI generation, are billed according to actual usage.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and provide support during business hours, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will give notice when it affects normal use.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that puts the security of the platform or our compliance with third-party policies at risk. You may terminate the service as agreed in your contract.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kerigma Digital is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the three months preceding the event.
13. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will always be published on this page with the updated date, and material changes will be communicated to active clients.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction.
